University of Bialystok Debates – Study Abroad? Study at the University of Bialystok!
Studying abroad has become a natural option for students all over the world. Teaching abroad has become an opportunity and professional challenge for academics on regional and global levels.
If the decision to study or to teach abroad is made, then we wanted to make sure there is a good answer to the question: where to go? Our answer is: the University of Bialystok.
The debate served to provide arguments and advertise the best of what our academic life can offer to foreign students and visiting professors.
Participants of the discussion included: Charles Szymanski – originally from the United States, currently visiting professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok, Anna Maj – Director of the University of Bialystok Department of International Programs, Wojciech Wasilewski – student, member of the student government at the Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok, Ana Partenadze and Ana Tavdgiridze – students from the Shota Rustaveli State University in Batumi (Georgia), currently at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Bialystok
The debate was supervised and moderated by dr hab. Izabela Kraśnicka, prof. UwB – Vice-dean for International Cooperation and Development of the Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok.
